JKHURTADO is a coming together of Jose (Though most call me Joey) and my beautiful wife Kathleen Hurtado. We have worked together to make a great life for our family of 6.
For over 20 years, I’ve been behind the lens in Houston, helping brands and filmmakers turn complex visions into cinematic reality. As both a Producer and Director of Photography, in motion and still imagery, I bridge the gap between creative artistry and production logistics. I don’t just capture images; I build the framework that allows stories to breathe. Whether it's an industrial shoot on the coast or a high-end commercial downtown, my goal is always the same: precision, passion, and a final product that resonates."
